DJT and Vlad

Tensions between Russia and the United States have never been higher since the end of the cold war, 01 January 1991. Yet, oddly, as national leaders, DJT (erstwhile national leader) and Vlad have a lot in common. They are both vilified by the US corporate press. Each is a patriot for their own country. Though neither is inherently religious, each is a strong advocate of traditional religion as a necessary bulwark of cultural strength. Each fights to restrain secular, progressive, globalist forces from undermining traditional values in their respective countries. Neither, Trump nor Putin seek world domination, but each seeks to advance nationalistic wellbeing for their own nation. To be sure, as US president, Trump represented a democratic republic and Putin leads Russia as an autocrat. There is a huge difference in the governmental systems of Russia and the United States. Still, were DJT to be elected president in 2024 one can easily see a rapprochement between Russia and the US based on DJT's and Vlad's shared common ground as enemies of progressive world reset.
