Empire Atonement for Sins of Colonialism

I get it. Jawallianbagh and all that symbolized. I've been there to relive the horror. But the empire has more than atoned for colonial sins. India is on the verge of world leader built on a foundation of colonial contributions. Hell. Indians run half of tech in the US. PS. I love India and cheer for its ongoing progress.
