Gross National Happiness
I was in Bhutan in 2008. The King of Bhutan had decreed that Gross National Happiness would be the new measure of his country's success, not Gross National Product.
Looking at the impoverishment of the populace of Bhutan I concluded that Gross National Happiness was nothing but an authoritarian canard to keep the people poor and under control.
Klaus Schwab's fourth industrial revolution proposes nothing more, on a world scale, than what exists in Bhutan today, except that Schwab's new transhuman elite will substitute for the King of Bhutan.
