33 in attendance from a class of 380.Very proud of my reunion attending classmates. Lottsa grandkids and long-term marriages...excelling at advancing Western Civilization in the face of the severe head winds of a self-aggrandizing era.

Dee, not seen and missed for some time, reminded us of what a comic I was back in the day. "Whaaaa?," TIMDT replied? "He's not funny! He's a curmudgeon!"

Dee is a retired orthopedic surgeon who lives, with wife Pat, in Mapleton, UT.

Whaa??? Parade goers already in place ready to spend the night on the curb to attend tomorrow's parade! Provo 4th parade is the best! Image doesn’t tell whole story. Positive, patriotic, Provo people were lining the streets for blocks for tomorrow's parade! At first, I thought I was looking at a transplanted Los Angeles homeless encampment.

Last week Koessler filed a lawsuit against the Orem (Utah) Police Department on behalf of a husband and wife who lost their daughter two years ago. The lawsuit alleges that the police failed to take action when faced with circumstances that required them to make an arrest and seize firearms. A young woman called the police on multiple occasions complaining that her boyfriend was violent to her and threatened to shoot her. Although Utah law requires the police to make an arrest and seize firearms under such facts, they failed to do so. The young woman later died due to a gunshot wound to her head from the boyfriend's firearm. The evidence indicates that he pulled the trigger--but the prosecutors feel like they don't have enough evidence. The lawsuit includes the boyfriend as a defendant.
