Fabulous performance. I never cease to be amazed at Drums' progress. Drums, keyboard and tenor sax solos were professional grade. Plus 300 attendance made up of Utah high school music educators attending their annual convention.

Carson was my trombone teacher in Provo, UT from 1959 to 1963. An "immigrant" to Utah from Michigan, he was an LDS convert who came to teach trombone and music at BYU. For a number of years, he was the bass trombonist for the Utah Symphony orchestra. TIMDT, FeeBee and Mwah (sic) were attending the performance of the Utah All State Jazz Band at the Utah Music Educators Convention. 04 February 2022 when we noted Carson's honor.
