Things aren't looking good for the remainers today.
Boris, today, announced a Brexit plan which seems to have attracted some Labour votes.
Boris is seeing Junker in the next day or two looking for indication that the EU is willing to fast track a smooth Brexit for implementation 31 October 2019...based upon his plan.
The plan protects the Good Friday Agreement and the peace process apropos the Northern Ireland/Ireland border.
The plan protects the integrity of the EU single market and customs union.
The plan protects the independent trade and regulatory policy of the UK.
Boris is on the moral high ground here. It will be hard for Junker to turn down an honest, positive negotiation such that the will of the British people to exit the EU can be carried out smoothly.
