Here.... "Black Dog" Led Zeppelin.
These three kids put out the sound and do it very well. Close your eyes and year hearing older than they look.

Above: Burt Richmond Memorial Pillar. Park City, UT. 06 June 2016.
Probably wrong choice of words since Burt is still alive and kicking 12 years after the pillar was made.
Pillar is in honor of the real pillar that Chicago architect Burt Richmond eliminated from our Park City house construction 12 years ago. Local engineer and architect said, "pillar must go there." Burt, virtually saving the aesthetics of the house, said no it doesn't. He was right. This fake pillar was made in his honor as a gesture to his architectural legerdemain. As we were cleaning out our garage and re ordering our furniture, we found we had to toss the pillar. This image will serve as a memorial of Burt's achievement.

The pillar was presented at a Lotus Tours ski weekend in Park City. Fun skiing and partying had by all.
Good memories.

Addendum:
Completely agree with your take on coal power vs. wind.

The American West is experiencing a drought, not a draught.

Tks.
Nice photo. I remember Moab about ten years later. A bit bigger but not much.

Hey Steve,
Today's diary entry was great! If you were only delayed 45 minutes because of an overturned truck, then I say you got off easy. I loved reading about the coal train vs. the wind turbines...and, the photo of the Park City Rockers was classic!
Hugs to Margaret!
