Park City Water Department employee Jeff, explains the ins and outs of Park City's water system to Mwah (sic) 'n TWO3.
"Park City has one of the most complicated water systems in the mountain west, even among larger cities... because of all the hills, number of water sources etc.
Jeff was hyper good. Knowledgeable... thoughtful... friendly. If he's representative of Park City's employee base, then, Park City has done a great job recruiting.
I told him I liked his long beard and would wear one myself like that but my wife wouldn't let me.

My philosophy on wearing masks is... I don't wear them. But, neither do I go to places where they are required. Thank goodness for outdoor spaces, Amazon.com, grocery home delivery, medication by mail, the Duc, and restaurants away from crowded areas with outdoor seating where I'm not required to enter the restaurant first, masked...etc. etc.
I have to assume that anyplace the government requires me to wear a mask must be dangerous, so I just don't go to those places in order to reduce my risk of being infected with some disease.
This AM, TWO3 and Mwah (sic) decided to walk a piece of Main Street on our loop from Wasatch Bagel up to the top of Daly Canyon and back (5.5 miles). I was surprised as I walked up the street... somewhere between O.C. Tanner and the Egyptian Theater, when a mask wearing woman of a certain age, walking in the opposite direction, admonished me for not wearing a mask. I didn't say anything, and walked on.
I hadn't realized that the disease danger, outdoors, on Main Street was severe enough for people to have to wear masks. I thank the woman of a certain age for the warning and will avoid the Main Street area until it becomes safe.
