One of my favorite hikes. I try to do it once a year. 3.6 miles including 600 vertical feet.

Beyond Chimney Rock is the Aquarius Plateau where is located the largest stand of ponderosa pine in the United States.

I've decided to give them another chance. I must have been in a bad mood when, the last time I was there (July?) I gave them a bad review. Iconic is iconic and can't be displaced that easily. Iconic is iconic... and, can't be displaced that easily.
