Mike wants out of LA if for no other reason that Munkh-od can't start 5th grade. Parents want to go to Ulan Bator(UB) where Mike owns prime retail location, so Munkh-od can start school and absorb some of his lineal cultural heritage. But, only private charters are flying to UB out of Seattle. With 20K Mongolians stranded in US by Coronavirus, getting on UB bound charter requires bribes. Seattle to UB now $3K per ticket.

Mike owned a limo company in Beverly Hills before Coronavirus threw a spanner in the erstwhile profitable works. Coco filling in the finances gap with her new online cosmetics business, "Coco Batbuyan" (Facebook).

Mike says UB rock band, The Hu, playing heavy metal on native instruments, now a global hit.

Family may stay in Ashland, where Mike went to high school, so that Munkh-od, a very social, totally American...except that he's unmedicated, boy, can flourish in fifth grade.

I've been to Ashland, usually by motorcycle, to see Shakespeare and Joyce, 20 times over the last twenty years. This is my first visit "to see Aunt Joyce" since her passing in 2018. Good aunt...good friend.

Dinner at Smithfield's with Aunt Joyce...carrying on a nine year annual tradition. You may not see her in the image, but, I do.
