Despite heavy runoff reservoir still below 50% capacity. Water managers are letting water flow through the dam to increase water level of anemic Great Salt Lake. There is plenty of snowmelt remaining in mountains to fill reservoirs later in the season.

Bishop has long taken the stance that 25% of the kids raised in US today are better than ever. Can a nation of 25% overachievers and 75% underachievers succeed?
