Works for me. Also, could say, "5 things under direct assault by the left."

We spent the night of 17 August in the Sprinter at Castle Gate RV Park, Helper, UT.

Four Utah Stops: Salt Lake City, Provo, Helper and Green River.

I've ridden the California Zephyr twice. Once in 2010 to fetch a Royal Enfield motorcycle I purchased in Denver. In October of 2019 a few of us took the early AM eastbound train to Glenwood Spring, stayed the night at the Hotel Colorado, and returned to Helper the next day. I enjoyed a couple of soaks in the hot springs. Nice trip.

Addendum:

Steve:

The "rock formation" highlighted in your photograph below is known as "Church Rock". It's located in Dry Valley north of Monticello (just south of another not-so-famous formation known as "Nancy's Nipples". My mother made the mistake of pointing out that phenomenon on one of our many trips from Provo to Blanding when I was a kid. As you might imagine, the drive from Monticello to Green River is extra special to me.

I passed through Dry Valley last night on my way back to Albuquerque. Spectacular scenery - I encountered remnants of the flash flooding from Wellington to Moab.

As always, your posts never disappoint.

Driving/riding southbound on US 191, between Monticello, there is a point on the road where structures from four states are visible: Mesa Verde, Colorado; Ship Rock, New Mexico; The Carrizo Mountains, Arizona; and, Navajo Mountain, UT. Wonderful country!
