Addendum

Steve,

What an opportunity you were smart enough to take when you met Peter years ago and got into Founders Fund...

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Margaret and all your family.

P.S. Did you see Victor on Mark Levin show Sunday? We thought his insightful observations were so on point, in so many ways, and recorded it, and have watched again. Had lunch with him last week at Mar-A-Lago when he was in PB for a speech for some organization. He is not only brilliant but surprisingly humble, as I am sure you know.

Didn't see the show. But, as you know, I am a VDH fan and read most of his columns. His book on WWII is in my stack. I enjoyed his speech at Stanford/Hoover last month.

Nowhere near as “Eco friendly” as what the guy behind you (McPolin?) has on his roof.

Just heard that it is now cheaper to build a de novo solar plant than to build one that burns things.

A friend let me drive his Model 3 Tesla (he has three other Teslas) last week. Definitely something to consider given SLC's winter particulate pollution problem and the experience of becoming part of the Borg.

That was a nice article about the person that was an excellent soccer player he also coincidentally had the same number as Michael Jordan 23 !

Steve,

Interesting comments from your readers.

I was not on any blood thinners. Never have been, other than the occasional ibuprofen I mentioned. I have been off ibuprofen ever since the accident because of its blood thinning effect.

Yes, indeed, our brains shrink as we age. My ER doc said that this shrinkage possibly saved my life. The shrinkage allowed space inside my cranium for the leaking blood to pool for a while, instead of immediately pushing my brain down my cervical column. Younger people would have passed out much sooner than I did.
