We waited for the monks to walk by very early this morning. Second picture of us waiting. Some of the monks are 10 yrs old. They do this for awhile then go back home or stay. They are carrying bowls and we offered them sticky rice using our hands to put a dab in each bowl. There were about 75 monks. I ran out of rice. There were other local ladies doing it too. Leftover rice was stuck to the tree as offering for birds.
