LSDM Walkers. TWO3 and Martin Saucedo, principal Saucedo Futbol Club. Martin is father to Sebastian Saucedo, the best soccer player to ever come out of the state of Utah. Sebastian now plays for Juarez in the Mexican Soccer League. Saucedo Futbol Club now fields four teams and includes one hundred participants.

Recommended by Indian friend as best Indian food in Salt Lake Valley. It was good enough. There are a lot of fine Indian restaurants in Utah. But we'd go back.

We've never seen Indian brand cola, Thumbs Up, in a local Indian restaurant. Thumbs up became an Indian cola brand in the 1980's when then socialist India kicked Coca Cola out of the country. Coca Cola, since returned, acquired and kept the Thumbs Up brand in addition to reinstituting Coca Cola branding in India.

LSDM Walkers. Yellow house at right, where Vice President Kamala Harris stayed for a week in 2009, is particularly attractive. There is a strong, and growing, possibility Kamala Harris will be next US president. I'm thinking seriously of noting VP Harris' stay with a brass plaque affixed to the yellow house.
