Dress Right Dress.

Good to see high level of discipline in vehicle parking when the deputies are having breakfast. Summit County and Park City residents are blessed with great police departments. Thin blue line. Separating order from chaos. Respect the cops...else anarchy. Keep Minneapolis (as in false racial narratives per DOJ stats about police shootings) out of Utah.

Safe place. No abnormal disease risk. No masks required including staff.

I always like to try French Onion Soup when it is on the menu. I've been to ground zero... Les Halles, in Paris, where in the mid-60's, post midnight, I consumed the concoction several times. I know from French onion soup.

In and around Park City I have been disappointed frequently by fraudulent offerings.... attempts by otherwise fine dining restaurants to serve French Onion Soup on the cheap.

The soup portion of the soup should take eight to ten hours to cook. Then, of course, when preparing for service in an oven friendly, individual soup bowl, a crouton or a dry piece of French bread should be placed in the individual bowl. The serving should be topped with gruyere cheese and then baked for thirty minutes in an oven.

The Painted Pony offering, pictured here, was pretty authentic, despite the weird way of serving it. I'd go back.
