TWO3 and Montage stand near two blighted properties, owned by Park City Municipal Corporation. Park Avenue. Park City, UT. 29 July 2016.

City chases it's tail looking for social experimentation outcomes for the properties while private owners and developers go lickety split in enhancing and building properties up and down Park Avenue. Why not sell these properties to private interests and remove the blight of these two dilapidated properties from Park Avenue?

Huh? I'm confused! This sign directs traffic towards PCMR resort center for lodging and food. There are more restaurants in Old Town...the other direction. Why is Park City playing favorites?

Addendum

Our family just attended a wedding in Vail, CO and in speaking with several of the groomsmen and ushers who are young men serving in the military (Navy Seals among them), they all said they would wait to renew their contracts depending on who is elected President. These young men signed up to serve their country by boldly engaging and defeating our enemies...not by being sacrificed for someone's political agenda. They will not serve under another President who asks them to fight with their hands tied behind their backs.
